Separation was a disaster
Singapore separated from Malaysia in 1965. The then Singapore Prime Minister Mr Lee Kuan Yew described the separation as a moment of anguish. It was a time of uncertainty for Singapore and many doubted that we will be able to survive. So was separation a disaster?
